John is a Sports Nutritionist and Fitness coach in professional Rugby League. Johns extensive knowledge in nutrition, and previous role as Marriott head chef has seen him work with an array of professional athletes and sports teams around the world; including the 2012 Olympic Games.

Sam is a renowned personal trainer and nutritionist who has helped celebrities achieve their health and fitness goals. Sam has 7 years experience in the industry during which he has honed his approach and knowledge. Sam continues to work with high profile clients to promote health and fitness.

Samantha Blackwell

Personal Trainer
Samantha has over 10 years experience in the fitness industry ranging from martial arts to pole fitness and is our resident ultra runner. Her high energy levels means she brings some serious enthusiasm to our boot camps. Being a Mum of 2 also gives her an understanding as to the everyday challenges faced by parents getting into fitness and she will do her utmost to provide a tailored session that’s flexible to fit in with the demands of family life. She is also very mindful of sleep and sleep deprivation and the knock on effects for fitness and well being.

David Mollard

Personal Trainer
David has over 5 years of experience in the fitness industry and in this time has managed to gain many additional qualifications to help him deliver the best service possible to his clients including hormonal imbalances, postural analysis and sport specific fitness.

Ian Charleson

Ian is our resident Senior Mental Health Physiotherapist. His extensive background and creativity compliment our team perfectly. His interests include everything from core stability to mindfulness, sleep science to workplace well-being and everything in between. Ian also runs some of our boot camps.

Yoga Instructor
Lucy was previously a professional dancer and gained her qualifications at Bird College in London. She has been lucky enough to travel all of the world and perform in various dance shows. Lucy decided to change her vocation to yoga as she had always had a huge passion for it and found it gave her a much happier life. Lucy trained at the ‘Vinyasa Yoga School’ in India and got my teacher training certificate. Since then she's been teaching full time at various studios. The classes focus on building strength but balanced with flexibility. Helping you to increase your energy, reduce stress levels, learn to breath better, be happier and more mindful!

Ben Pye

Sports Therapist and Personal Trainer
Ben works with a wide variety of clients ranging from sport and bodybuilding to office workers and hairdressers. His treatments are targeted towards providing pain relief, improving posture and correcting imbalances in the body. Ben is interested how stress manifests in the body as he aims to combat its effects both physically and emotionally.

Jack Stopford

Jack is a physiotherapist within professional Rugby League. With over 5 year’s experience and a keen interest in sports, he has extensive knowledge around injury assessment and rehabilitation. Working within elite sport, Jack also has a passion for screening and injury prevention, helping to maximise sporting performance and efficiency.
